Walk In Access Information
Walk-In Access, WIA, has expanded to Meeker and Mcleod Counties this year. Landowners can now enroll their high quality habitat in the Walk-In Access program. Walk-In Access pays landowners to allow public hunting on private land. Bonuses are paid based on location, parcel size and contract length. To learn more about the Walk-In Access program and to see if your land qualifies, contact your local Soil and Water Conservation District office today. Enrollment deadline is June 4th.
